Telehealth-Only Services

 

Twelve Royal Gems: Women’s Mental Health, PLLC provides individual therapy exclusively through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions. All clinical services are delivered virtually, allowing clients to access care from the comfort and privacy of their own space. At this time, in-person appointments are not offered.

 

Our telehealth model is designed to provide flexible, accessible, and confidential support for women and girls across the state of Texas.

Clinical Scope and Referral for Higher Level of Care

 

Twelve Royal Gems: Women’s Mental Health, PLLC provides outpatient mental health services that are appropriate for individuals experiencing mild to moderate emotional and psychological challenges. As a telehealth-based practice, we are not equipped to provide crisis intervention or intensive psychiatric care.

 

All new clients undergo an initial clinical screening to assess appropriateness for services. If it is determined during this process—or at any point during the course of care—that an individual is experiencing active suicidal ideation, poses a risk of harm to self or others, or requires a higher level of support (e.g., inpatient hospitalization, residential treatment, or intensive outpatient programming), a referral will be made to the appropriate emergency services or specialized care provider.

 

Our responsibility is to ensure client safety, and we are committed to providing timely referrals and resources to support individuals in accessing the level of care that best meets their clinical needs.
